How to place a return/exchange request?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  3. Select the item you want to return.
  4. Choose a valid reason for the return.
  5. Click on "Return" to submit your request.


How to Start an Exchange Process

You can initiate an exchange request by following these steps:

  1. Refer to the image guide for reference.
  2. Click on "Request Return."
  3. Select the item you want to exchange.
  4. Choose "Other" as the reason.
  5. Provide exchange details in the comment section.
  6. We will process your exchange request accordingly.

You will be able to track the request status in your account dashboard.
